When does the button appear on my store? Within minutes of installing, once your products are synced and the quiz is generated.

The button doesn’t show? Check that “Enable Dalil” is on in the app settings and that you have available products with prices, then refresh. If it persists, email us.

How do I change the button text, colour or side? Salla dashboard → Apps → Dalil → Settings.

How are the questions built? From your product categories, price bands and brands (or tags). Product changes are picked up automatically.

Do you collect my customers’ data? No. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data? Uninstall the app and data is deleted within 30 days, or email us for immediate deletion.
