Last updated: 2026-10-25. This policy explains how “Dalil — Product Finder” (“Dalil”) handles data when it is installed on a Salla store.

Data we process

• Product data: name, price, image, link, availability, categories, brand and tags, read with the read-only products.read scope to build the quiz and recommendations.
• Authorization data: access tokens sent by Salla, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and wiped on uninstall.
• App settings: what the merchant chooses in the app settings (enabled, button text, colour, position).
• Anonymous events: quiz opened, quiz completed and recommendation clicked, with a random session id. We do not store IP addresses.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or store any personal data about store customers: no names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, orders or payment details.

Use and sharing

Data is used only to run the quiz and measure its performance for the merchant. We do not sell or share data with third parties, other than the hosting provider that runs the service.

Retention and deletion

When the app is uninstalled we immediately stop syncing and wipe the access tokens, then delete all of the store’s data (products, quiz, settings and events) within 30 days of uninstall. Earlier deletion can be requested by email.
